The term “home health care” describes a wide range of health care services that can be provided in your home. There are many reasons why people may need care at home. Some are recovering from surgery, or have a chronic condition or disability that requires ongoing care. Others need certain therapies or could use some assistance with activities of daily living. Celestial Home Health Care LLC provides these services to adults of all ages.

Do I need a physician's orders for home health care?
Yes. All health care provided in the home is under the direct order and supervision of the patient’s primary care physician/MDs. Elderly or disabled who need assistance with light housekeeping, medication reminders, meal preparation do not need physician order to receive services
What types of conditions would indicate a need for home health care?
Patients with one or more of the following conditions may be eligible for Home Health services:
• New surgical procedure.
• New or change in your medical diagnosis.
• Difficulty walking, transferring, or performing regular daily activities.
• New or changed medication
• Problems with talking or swallowing.
• New medical equipment such as oxygen, a walker, blood sugar meter, etc
• New or changed caregiver

Are your employees trained?
Yes, all of our employees have the necessary knowledge and experience to work as caregivers. Our home health care agency provides professional training for all employees and we work on their constant improvement.
What happens if my caregiver gets sick?
If your caregiver is unable to work on a particular day, you are free to pick another one or to cancel the service for that day.
Is service only available in the home?
Although our services are focused on treatment inside a patient’s home, we provide services in other facilities as well.
Besides a room and a bed, what do I have to provide for a Live-in Aide?
A room, bed, clean linens, and regular meals are all you need for a Live-in Aide. Everything else is provided by Celestial Home Health Care LLC.
